How do I search for a property on Loger?

Simply enter your desired location(s) and property preferences in the app. Loger will notify agents in the selected areas, who will respond with property options that match your criteria within 24 hours. You have access to a variety of properties from different locations and you can choose which agent you want to connect with.

Is there a cost for using Loger as a user?

No, Loger is completely free for users to search for properties and get feedback from agents within 24 hours, but connecting with the agents of your choice requires a token on our platform which costs just ₦1000.

How do I communicate with agents on Loger?

Once an agent responds to your property request, you will need to decide which one of them you would like to connect with based on the property's feedback. Your purchased token will then give you access to connect and view agents' contact details.

Can I search in multiple areas at once?

When searching, you can select up to three areas to receive property options from agents covering those regions.

How can I be sure the properties listed by agents are legitimate?

Loger requires all agents to verify their identity and provide accurate property information. We also encourage users to check reviews and ratings before proceeding to connect with an agent.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the properties shown by the agent?

You can decline the agent’s response and make another request in the same areas or any other preferred areas.

Can I save properties I’m interested in?

No, you can't save properties. You only have 24 hours to respond to the feedback you have gotten from agents. After which it will disappear automatically from your app.

How do I leave a review for an agent?

You can only leave a review for the agent you connected with. After your interaction with an agent, you can leave a review and rating through the Loger platform to help other users make informed decisions. But you can read reviews from agents before you connect with them.

What if I have an issue with an agent?

You can report the issue directly to Loger support through the app, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
